HCD

Here we show how to view HCD data using the Spectrum Viewer. This example uses a custom modification. Many thanks to Derek Bailey of the Coon Lab, for the data used here.

1. Enter sequence and tolerance

2. Enter precursor charge-state and spectrum

3. Add modification in forumlae table

4. Click apply and view the spectrum
